Manish Sharma (born June 26, 1987, Delhi India) is an entrepreneur who wears multiple hats, he is a digital professional who started Hybrid Digital Marketing Media Agency in 2021 and Digital Shiksha Mandir a platform which teaches millions of youngsters globally in 2022. He is also a motivational speaker with over millions followers. Apart from all this he is a theatre artist, a sports enthusiast, a part time stand-up comic and a nature lover.
HYBRID DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY
Hybrid Digital Marketing is the fastest growing digital agency of India. In the span of just five years, they have made their name among the best digital agencies of India. They made a revenue of 100 crores last financial year making a jump of 20% compared to last to last financial year. The agency doesn’t believe in numbers but still they are sure that they will double this number next 2 years. Digital Shiksha Mandir was launched almost after an year of Hybrid Digital Marketing Agency, but it became a huge success in terms of number of followers. It is a platform where there are more than 50+ courses related to different subjects, there is a marginal fees that you have to pay so it can motivate you to learn and also because he wants this platform to run without any charity. Once you complete the course there are sample question papers to test your theoretical knowledge and assignments and projects to enhance your practical knowledge.
He said his main focus for next two years would be to take this platform to the next level where hardcore practical knowledge videos on various skills or art would be available, especially those skills / art which are getting obsolete because of new technology. He would also add a fictional stories section where all the grandmothers, mothers could tell their regional stories so entire India and the World could learn about Indian culture. Also collaborating with all the major historians to write books on history of all regions of India so we are not dependent on incomplete and one sided history that we are told about our India.

THE OTHER SIDE
No matter how busy he seems, he always find time to motivate others, though he doesn’t like that word, according to him he just share his experience, learning and his vision for the world. People who follow him love him for is honesty, straightforwardness, polite and fun-loving behavior. Though those who listen to him already know that he is a sports enthusiast, Cricket is his first love but he likes to play almost all sports. He makes time for half an hour at-least daily for any sport, he says that this is his meditation and it makes him happy and relaxed.
Theatre, is his second love. He watches theatre plays whenever he gets time and try to perform at-least two plays in a year. He has also recently directed a play Aadhe Adhure by Mohan Rakesh, on which he performed his first theatre performance during his graduation. Performing in plays requires him to connect with different character and emotions which is always a challenge and to live someone’s life for an hour or two is always an enriching experience.
He loves nature, especially the mountains and rivers, he says they fascinate him since his childhood visits to his native place in Uttarakhand. He visits his native place for days or sometime for weeks. As he is pro education, he runs a learning and skill centre for his village and villages nearby and he supports them financially but the management is all done by the village people themselves and he wants them to become financially independent in next few years. Once this model works for him, he intend to spread the same model in entire Uttarakhand and also make them entrepreneurs rather than depending on others for a job.
